Refund and Return Policy

At EarDoc, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer flexible return options tailored to each product category to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the relevant section below for information on refunds, exchanges, and return conditions.

  1. Hearing Aids – 21-Day Hear Better Trial
    All hearing aids include a 21-Day ‘Hear Better’ Trial. This trial is a guided and supported 5 step trial, including a fitting appointment and 4 follow-up consultations, staggered across 21 days, to ensure a successful fitting. If you’re not satisfied, you can return them at any time or at the end of the 21-Day trial using our return postage label. Please note that payment of the hearing aids is NOT required up front, though a non-refundable fee of $99.00 will be charged to cover postage and handling.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition, with original packaging and accessories.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  1. Purchase of Hearing Aid post trial
    Upon completion or at any point of the 21-Day ‘Hear Better’ Trial, you may choose to purchase your hearing aid. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, or HUMM. HUMM offers fortnightly or monthly repayments of up to 72 months.
  2. Fitting Packages

Remote Fitting

Our remote fitting option does not incur any additional fees and is offered for free with any purchase of hearing aids. The remote fitting option matches the success of in-clinic fittings, albeit in the comfort of your home.

Clinic Fitting
Our clinic fitting option is offered as an addition to any purchase of hearing aids, for an additional $999

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. Hearing Aid Accessories – 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
    Applies to items such as chargers, TV streamers, remotes, and connectivity devices. You may return these within 15 days for a full refund.
    Conditions:
  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  1. Hearing Aid Consumables – Exchange Only
    This includes batteries, domes, tubing, wax guards, filters, and other hygiene-related items.
    Refunds are not offered for consumablesunless faulty. However, if you ordered the wrong size/model, we would happily exchange it under these conditions:
  • Items must be unopenedunused, and in original packaging.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Contact us before returning to ensure eligibility.

  1. Return Shipping
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error. Return shipping is non-refundableunless otherwise stated.
  2. Processing Refunds
    Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business daysfor the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
    We reserve the right to terminate any orders and refund all monies in total.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds
    If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:
  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)

  1. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect consumable was purchased and meets the eligibility for exchange.

  2. Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
