Why I Started EarDoc
Too many people pay too much for hearing aids, get pressured into a decision, and then feel stuck with it. Others put off getting help for years because seeing an audiologist feels slow, expensive or confusing.
I started EarDoc so you can try hearing aids before you commit, with an audiologist looking after you the whole way, in clinic or by telehealth. The same clinical standards as my clinics, with lower overheads and fairer prices.

From One Car To Five Clinics
I grew up and went to school in Tripoli, Lebanon. In Sydney I studied a Bachelor of Medical Science at Western Sydney University and a Master of Clinical Audiology at Macquarie University.
I started my career at Bay Audio, where I was named Rookie Clinician of the Year out of 130 clinicians. Patients kept asking me to remove their earwax and the clinic didn’t offer it, so in November 2022 I started Mobile Earwax Specialist, working weekends from one car while working full time during the week.
Demand grew fast. That led to NeuroAudiology Australia, and today we have five clinics across Sydney, a team of 10, and more than 5,000 patients and 10,000 ears cared for. EarDoc takes everything we’ve learned and makes it available to more Australians.

Giving Back: EarDoc Hearing Foundation
On my first self-funded volunteer hearing mission I saw the need first hand, and I knew I wanted to keep doing this work.
In 2025 I founded the EarDoc Hearing Foundation, a registered health promotion charity. Our missions are self-funded: an ongoing hearing program for children in Lebanon, where I grew up, and a mission to Fiji in early 2026.
For a child who can’t hear, everything is harder: learning to speak, school, making friends. A hearing test can change the direction of their life.
