We currently ship to all locations within Australia. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30. Orders under $30 will incur a flat standard shipping fee of $9.95.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use Australia Post to deliver your order securely. Delivery estimates are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days ($19.95)

Please note: delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier conditions.

4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
We reserve the right to terminate any orders and refund all monies in total.

5. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this to follow your delivery through the courier’s website.

9. Hearing Aid Orders
Please note that hearing aids cannot be purchased separately and shipped directly to your home. A professional prescription fitting is essential. All hearing aid purchases must be paired with one of our in-clinic or mobile service packages, available here:
