ReSound Nexia, Vivia and OMNIA all include Auracast™ over Bluetooth LE Audio, letting you connect to TVs, public venues and compatible devices without intermediary accessories.
How do I clean and maintain my ReSound hearing aids?
Daily wipe the aids with the provided cleaning cloth, use the cleaning brush to clear wax from microphones and receivers, and store them overnight in a dry-aid kit to protect batteries and electronics.
Can I control my ReSound aids from my phone?
Yes. The free ReSound Smart 3D app lets you adjust volume and programmes, check battery status, run hearing tests and request remote fine-tuning from your clinician.
What warranty and service options are available?
All new ReSound aids include a two-year manufacturer warranty. You can also add an extended care plan—covering loss, damage and regular servic —through your hearing-care provider.
Are ReSound hearing aids water-resistant?
Many ReSound styles carry an IP68 rating, meaning they resist dust ingress and can withstand submersion in up to 1 metre of water for 30 minutes. Check the spec sheet for your chosen model.
