Refund and Return Policy

At EarDoc, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer flexible return options tailored to each product category to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the relevant section below for information on refunds, exchanges, and return conditions.

1. Hearing Aids – 60-Day Money-Back Trial
All hearing aids include a 60-day money-back trial period. If you’re not satisfied, you can return them within 60 days for a full refund.
Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition, with original packaging and accessories.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Service Package

Please note that only the unused portion of the service package is refundable. There will be no refunds for any services that have been booked and attended.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Hearing Aid Accessories – 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to items such as chargers, TV streamers, remotes, and connectivity devices. You may return these within 30 days for a full refund.
Conditions:

  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

5. Hearing Aid Consumables – Exchange Only
This includes batteries, domes, tubing, wax guards, filters, and other hygiene-related items.
Refunds are not offered for consumables unless faulty. However, if you ordered the wrong size/model, we will happily exchange it under these conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Contact us before returning to ensure eligibility.

6. Hearing Protection – 30 Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for hearing protection products (e.g. earplugs, earmuffs).
Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but the customer must cover return postage.

  • Refunds will be processed once the product is received and assessed.

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on the following items (unless faulty or sent in error):

  • Personal care items such as earplugs and hearing aid domes
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Hearing aid batteries once opened

8. Return Process

We will issue you with return information for sending back the item.

9. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error. Return shipping is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

10. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
We reserve the right to terminate any orders and refund all monies in total.

11. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)

  3. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us at [email protected]

12. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect consumable was purchased and meets the eligibility for exchange.

13. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
